I was so happy that they was willing to come out pass 9pm on a Friday night and that was a true blessing my house was sitting at 87 it was hot my kids was fussy and we was able to sleep peacefully because we had air again so this was a true blessing for my family and I. Awesome exceptional service! Billy came out the same day and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes! It was actually my breaker that was bad and not my AC unit. The owner himself called me and said he could help me with getting an electrician out here very quickly, and he did, the electrician came out the same day ,as well . After the electrician repaired the breaker SWAT was able to come out and further diagnose why my system wasn't cooling properly. Again when I called them, the next day , they came out the same day and we're actually early. The young man who came out was very professional knowledgeable! He diagnosed my problem within 10 to 15 minutes. it just needed a pound and a half of freon ,a capacitor and contactor. He repaired it very  quickly ,he placed a thermometer on my vents to ensure that it was cooling properly, he took pictures of all the work he done ,old parts and new parts . The work was all covered under my home warranty with HomeServe and did not cost me a penny! I will continue to use SWAT Heating and Air for everything even if it's not covered under my home warranty, I plan to use them for maintenance of my system and cleaning of my system.
